Lincoln Speedway

Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania, is one of the best dirt tracks in the greater Washington D.C. area.  The high banked 3/8 mile dirt oval was built in 1952 by NASCAR pioneer Hilly Rife. Situated in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, in what is known as The Pigeon Hills,  the track host racing on Saturday nights Feburary through November. The high banked turns 1 and 2 and a less banked turns 3 and 4 challenges the drivers and teams and always provides great racing for the fans.  The track is known primarily for Sprint Car competition but host to a great variety of racing and divisions.  Once a stop for NASCAR's Grand National Series, the  World of Outlaws visit Lincoln every year, as do USAC sprints, and it can be considered one of the homes to the Pennsylvania Posse.
